Is there any way aws can help me ?

0

I studied seriously from last 3 months aws services and prepared to take on aws certified solutions architect but while giving exam proctor was unnecessarily harassing and distracting me without any reason or problem and not letting me do my exam which ended up leaving me in panic mode and taking a phone call with just "hello" thinking its from aws as instructed at start of exam. My exam was revoked even though all I did was sincerely prepare and try to complete it . I received no support from Pearson vue or AWS. My money, time, hard work and efforts are completely wasted with no accountability leaving me harassed and insulted .

Although Pearson VUE administers the exam, AWS should be aware of any issues candidates face. Use the AWS Support Portal to raise a detailed ticket, explaining the situation and how it impacted your performance.

While you mentioned receiving no support from Pearson VUE, it might be worth escalating the issue. Check their official website for contact details or escalation paths. Often, there's a dedicated contact or process for exam-related grievances.

I've never experienced such a situation, nor do I know of others who have gone through something similar. I genuinely empathize with the distress and frustration you must be feeling. I'm truly sorry for the challenges you've encountered, and I sincerely hope everything gets resolved in the best possible way for you. Your dedication and efforts should not go unnoticed or unrewarded.

  • I did raise it with both AWS as well as Pearson VUE. Pearson Vue as expected turned blind even after seeing whole video and none cared at all from AWS team. They just reply to my 1 in 10 mails saying my result is under review from past 3 weeks .

Hello, If your results are under review, then you will have to be patient as the AWS exam security team investigates the issue and makes a decision. Since it is over 3 weeks, I would reach out to AWS again. Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
