I can't run MTurk because of an AWS limit but I have never used this AWS account before

0

I get the following error when I try to run MTurk:

"You have exceeded your monthly credit limit, please contact us to request a limit increase on your AWS MTurk account for your expected usage, or see our FAQs to learn more."

But I have AWS set up on a credit card, AWS is linked to MTurk, and I have never used it. Help? I need to run this soon.

Thanks.

Hello,

I apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused. As per the "How does billing for MTurk work," section of the MTurk FAQ's, which you can read here: https://www.mturk.com/help#how_aws_billing. "After linking your AWS Account with your MTurk Account, please contact us to request a limit increase on your AWS MTurk account for your expected usage."

You can use this form to request the increase:
