You will need to transfer ownership https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workdocs/latest/userguide/transfer-owner.html
Reffer to a system administrator to resolve this
You can also transfer ownership of a document using https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workdocs/latest/adminguide/transfer-docs.html NOTE: This transfer is from an inactive user to a new active user. You'll need to set the original user to inactive as per https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workdocs/latest/adminguide/inactive-user.html
If you transfer ownership of a folder, it also transfers ownership of the documents in that folder.
In all cases you will need Amazon Workdocs Admin permissions.
I would also recommend you don't share the actual link in future.
Thank you both for your answers. I don't think I'm able to use those methods however, as I'm on the corporate Amazon WorkDocs instance and not an administrator. Do you know how I could find the administrators on the corporate instance?
