Can't login to skill builder

Hey, for a week now, I'm unable to login to my skill builder account.

Already contacted support, but nothings happening.

I tried Edge, Mozilla and Chrome Browser. I tried Windows and Linux and I although reinstalled my whole OS (just coincidence, nut because of this error).

I tried to ask a question here, but even in this interface I couldnt login and had to use another account.

What could be the problem?

It's not really related to Skill Builder itself but to your Builder ID, because you have trouble to log in here, right?
Have you recently migrated your account from Amazon.com to a Builder ID?

Can you log in and check your information on your AWS Builder ID Profile?
This webpage shows your current identification used across lot of AWS websites in your current browser session. Does the account shown on this webpage match the correct account you want to use for Skill Builder?

If you can't even log in on this website, then I think you really have an issue with your Builder ID itself, and unfortunately, the only solution might be to contact support, as you already did. I know it's a long journey.....I had a similar problem myself but for Skill Builder itself.
Have you tried to check the console log of your browser ? (fn + F12 then console tab)

  • I logged in to the AWS Builder ID Profile you suggested and deleted all active sessions. This has solved the problem.

Nope, nothing helps. Tried it all.

It's just showing a white window, not even an error message.
