Hi, the errors were caused by that we failed to parse the tests in standard environment. Please try to use custom environment https://docs.aws.amazon.com/devicefarm/latest/developerguide/custom-test-environments.html.

Thanks!

Thank you for the help.

I've tried running in the custom environment (with the default settings). Tried 2 runs but both failed in different way.

In the first run it did the setup and teardown but errored on the test with "Early unexpected exit, operation never finished bootstrapping - no restart will be attempted". Also says: "The bundle “WURRLYeduUITests” couldn’t be loaded because it is damaged or missing necessary resources. Try reinstalling the bundle."

On the second run (with same settings) it failed to do the setup. (error "Screenshot detected")

Any ideas? Thx!

Ok, I believe the issue was that the deployment target of the UI test target was set to a higher iOS version than the app target itself. (and higher than the test device).

I lowered the iOS version to 11.1 and was able to complete a successful run on Device Farm. Weeehoo!
