AWS Technical Essentials: err_connection_refused when building employee directory app

Im a beginner facing this error during my lab in launching ec2 instances. already change address to http:// and using other browser and open with new tab with same browser. Any suggestions to solve this? for additional im using mobile network data, not wifi if that in case can cause problem.

    Have you checked the security groups. Have you assigned an IAM User to the configuration?

Hello.

What commands are you running on EC2?
Perhaps the web server is not running on EC2.
