Yes guys good evening am Rayon ave purchase the Vidello 3 in 1 and I follow the instructions given to create an IAM account in AWS using Json script ave done so and saved my csv file now my problem is wen I go to vidello and try to submit in the csv file its saying I must contact AWS customer care and let them help me to confirm the account so I can start using my vidello

In order to resolve the account access issues you're experiencing, I'd recommend you try logging in to your AWS account directly to complete the activation process. If you experience issues when doing that, you can find troubleshooting steps in How do I create and activate a new AWS account?.
