Instance dose not start up.

Hello, I have 1 lightsail instance at Tokyo, A (ap-northeast-1a).
On Friday, My machine is brick and i stoped the machine.
But, When I tried to start the instance it's just stuck in pending status for some hours and stoped.
Even I can not create backup.
How I can fix this situation?

Thanks for using Lightsail! There was an event(https://aws.amazon.com/message/56489/) in ap-northeast-1 at that time. The event is resolved now, please try again.

Still stuck in pending status.
Maybe problem is not resolved for some users of lightsail.
Instance not launch, even i can not make backup of the instance.
Please, I need help.

(8.28) Today, I clicked start button, and it's booted ordinarily.
It seems solved in my case.
