100 % voucher reuse

Question

Hi , 
I have used my 100% voucher for my upcoming aws cloud practitioner exam but due to some reasons i will be unable to do it on " in person at a test centre"  and have to change it to "online with venue" option .

So if i cancel my exam , will i get my voucher back ?? 
And in how many days will it return back ?

As long as the voucher is still valid, it can be reused after canceling the exam.

You must contact Pearson VUE (refer to the contact information above) or access your online account to cancel your exam a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. Canceling your exam less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or failing to appear for your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your exam fee.
