Which Savings plan specifically did you purchase?
For example, if you purchase EC2 Instance Savings Plans, they apply only to the specific instance family you selected at the time of purchase.
In other words, if you selected the t3 instance family when purchasing your Savings Plan, it will not apply to EC2, such as the m5 instance family.
If you purchase Compute Savings Plans, they apply to EC2, Fargate, and Lambda, regardless of instance family, size, or region.
