systemmanager - status code 127

When running a shell script using system manager, I get a failed status code of 127. If I run the shell script directly to the server (Amazon Linux 2 - 2023 ami), it works properly. I assume that certain permissions difficulties exist for that particular file directory. Could someone please assist in resolving the issue?
