You can add another email address to Credly, or change your default address https://support.credly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021220951-Can-I-add-multiple-emails-to-my-account-

if you sign into re:Post under a different email address to that which you use for Credly, you can put the Credly email as an alternate and display your badges on your profile https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2023/05/aws-re-post-multiple-email-addresses-profile/

  • Hi Steve, thanks for answering. The problem is that the email associated in cert metrics cannot be used anymore as I am already resigned and will soon be deleted. That is why I need to change to my personal email address. Also, I am having issues with asking support on this as they cannot handle the update of email address in AWS cert metrics. I don't know if it is really hard to update the credly badging email in cert metrics or just a simple update in the database.

  • OK I got you now. It sounds like you have done what I would be doing if I was in your position (I don't work for AWS) which would be to get in touch with the Training & Certification team https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training after going through the FAQs at https://www.aws.training/Support#certification and https://aws.amazon.com/certification/faqs/ (which end up sending you to the contact page anyway)

Maybe some of the AWS people that post on here could offer some better advice.

Hi Steve, training and certification support team already resolved my issue. It is resolved by merging several accounts and just retain a single account which is my personal account. Badging email is updated to personal email address but not sure if updated manually or automatically resolved by merging. However, the issue that I had earlier was that I almost forgot my email addresses. The support team ask me to identify the email addresses that I had in your account. Although they are helping in identifying your email addresses like they are asking if I own the email addresses, but it took a lot of back-and-forth email exchanges to resolve the issue.
