Service Limit Increase take too long

We have the Basic support plan and requested a service limit increase for MediaConverter queues limit in our account. Now it has been 13 days and the status is "Pending amazon action". We're currently blocked by this limit to provision our resources. Is there a way to bump up the severity? 13 days is outrages for a service limit increase

How was your Limit Increase request for MediaConvert created? Was Service Quotas used for the request? Using Service Quota from the AWS console allows you to request Limit Increases for most AWS Services. https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/servicequotas/

Did you receive an email with the AWS Support ticket for the Limit Increase request? Respond to that email with your need to move the Limits request forward.

    Yes it was created with Service Quotas and yes I responded to all the requests for additional information in the ticket. Waiting ever since.
