But i am unable to submit the ticket,tried several times
What is the situation with not being able to send tickets? Does this mean that there is some error in the transmission? Can't send after changing browsers or the machine used to make contact?
Upon submitting it shows something went wrong, tried through mobile,incognito etc still the same.
What errors occur when submitting?
