Can't connect to EC2 instance

After installing some features to the my Windows server 2022 instance (EC2) and rebooting it, I am not able to connect to my instance anymore form the AWS RDT interface, I get an error complaining the the remote desktop is not enabled. Can anyone suggest a solution to enable my remote desktop without actually connecting to the instance?
