Bridge to AXI 4

Question

Hi,   
Is there ant common solution for a bridge from APB in Xilinx IP lib ( or other simple parallels bus) to AXI 4?   
I am asking it because I need to implement bridge from the APB bus to the DDR Controller's AXI 4 interface.

Unfortunately AWS does not offer an example IP for APB - to - AXI bridge. Also, I noticed that Vivado IP catalog offers AXI-to-APB bridge, but not the other way around:

Just to make it clear; any bridge to AXI4 (from any parallel bus) will help me. maybe there is something like it in the IP Catalog ? ( I also looked for it but couldn't find any. I am double checking it because I assumed this component is commonly used and therefore there is a fixed solution).  
  
So, I guess I will have to design some "parallel bus" to AXI bridge.
