This should be the install directory / wherever you downloaded and installed SpeedTree. Browse to that location, then into win64 and select SpeedTree Modeler Lumberyard.exe. In my case this path was C:\Program Files\SpeedTree\SpeedTree for Lumberyard v8.0.0\win64\SpeedTree Modeler Lumberyard.exe

The file must name : "SpeedTree Modeler Lumberyard.exe" ... nice when you doesnt know
