To isolate the issue, kindly collect a HAR log while log into the WorkDocs. You can refer the below document to collect the HAR logs : https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/support-case-browser-har-file
In the HAR log please check if you receive any error (similar to 401 : AuthenticationFailedException: Access is denied). Also login with a different Site Administrator account to verify the behaviour.
