Creating a EMR Cluster, Failing!

Question

Have not been able to create a simple EMR cluster all day! Keep getting:

* 2023-04-11 20:35:59,668 INFO i-0ef1cde5b1311d42c: new instance started
* **2023-04-11 20:35:59,684 ERROR i-0ef1cde5b1311d42c: failed to start. bootstrap action 1 failed with non-zero exit code.**
* 2023-04-11 20:38:03,861 INFO i-0f4dc67b1f1531f2e: new instance started
* 2023-04-11 20:38:06,023 INFO i-0f4dc67b1f1531f2e: all bootstrap actions complete and instance ready
* 2023-04-11 20:38:07,153 INFO i-0e6c8c961472af934: new instance started
* 2023-04-11 20:38:09,360 INFO i-0e6c8c961472af934: all bootstrap actions complete and instance ready

Failed even when I created a new AWS account. Any help appreciated!
