Thing and Lambda all disappeared from my account!

Today I returned to my account to continue working on a project that I started several years ago, and now there is no evidence that I have ever done anything at all. I can't find any trace of anything that I have done...
I don't even know where to start with trying to recover everything I have lost...
Ideas?

Never mind, I just realized that the wrong region was selected...
