option group and parameter group in RDS

RDS parameter groups are like database configurations.
For MySQL, it is almost the same as "my.cnf".
Therefore, settings such as the number of connections to the database are done in the parameter group.

Option groups are settings that enable security enhancements and additional features.
In MySQL, "MariaDB Audit Plugin" etc. are included in this setting.
