Hello,
Under normal conditions deleting the agent from the DataSync console will trigger the deployed agent to enter re-activation mode. You can check by looking at the local console to determine if you can retrieve new activation key. If it is not set for activation you could first try to reboot the agent. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/datasync/latest/userguide/local-console-vm.html#get-activation-key
If there was an inability to communicate with the DataSync agent at the time the activated agent was deleted from the DataSync console then it is possible the agent was not sent a re-activation. In this case it would be best to redeploy the agent.
