AWS Lambda UI Error

I'm experiencing the following error when trying to create Lambda functions in the UI. There are no details and I haven't found any similar issue. I've tried different browsers and see the issue across all accounts. Any idea on what could be wrong? Enter image description here

Does this happen on non-Lambda screens?
Try signing in and signing out of your AWS account.

  • No, it only happens with Lambda. I tried logging into a different AWS account and it works fine.

  • Are there any logs in CloudTrail?
    Also, are you accessing with the same privileges as you had in the account that did not have the problem?
    Otherwise, try deleting the browser cache, etc.

Hi,

You need to reach out to support. The problem (https://repost.aws/questions/QUuByTZvfZR66Vre0AWyYbuQ/lambda-functions-are-not-displayed) is about the account being considered “blocked” so you need to get in touch with support to prove that the account is legit and not compromised.
