AWS VPN Client for Mac not starting. I see the app icon briefly bounce in the dock then nothing.

Checking the logs /Users/username/.config/AWSVPNClient/logs

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '/Users/*/.config/AWS VPN Client/AWS VPN Client/NetSparkleUpdater'** is denied.

Looking at above log, can you elevate your user with higher privilege or use root user to re-install the client?

Please feel free to open a support case as well.

🤔 Not sure how I would do that. I am the only user of this machine and I am a Admn.

Where is the best place to open a support case?
