Root User MFA Access

We had our System Engineer leave the company and along with it the MFA authorization. We cannot log in as no one has the MFA to get it. Unfortunately we need to login ASAP as we need to manage an instance. We have learned from this and will make proper changes to make sure it does not happen again. But for know any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Also, is there a way for us to pay for a technical call with AWS to get this issue resolved?

Why not try disabling the root user's MFA device by following the steps in the document below?
