Status is Ok but i cannot change environment configuration

Hello,
i have an environment ( e-5sgmznypkg ) with Ok status:
"Environment health has transitioned from Info to Ok."

But i cannot neither change configuration parameters nor clone the environment.

"Environment named sbb2-prd-a-env is in an invalid state for this operation. Must be Ready."

Isn't Ready the same as Ok ? So why doesn't it allow me to do anything ?

I was just using a very old AMI
