Please open a ticket with AWS Support. They will be able to help you with your account issues directly.

Chris is correct regarding opening an AWS Support Case, that is the best way to get additional help and information.
To help prevent this from happening in the future, can you provide additional details on how you allowed your friend to log into your AWS?
- Did your friend log in using the 'root' user credentials?
- Are you utilizing IAM Identity Center to manage user accounts for AWS?
For best practices related protecting your account's root user, see the AWS documentation on AWS Account Management.
