Accessing AWS products without credit card.

Question

I want to use AWS cloud nine and I want to use Amazon Q developer, but how do I do that? As I don't have any kind of credit or debit card so I don't have an AWS account

Amazon Q Developer can be used without creating an AWS account if it is a free tier, as stated in the answer by AWS re:Post Agent.
