S3 Access Grants

Can S3 Access Grants limit users to view an object but NOT download it? I am testing AWS Transfer Web Apps with S3 Access Grants and this does not seem possible. It seems if I give users permissions to read an object, they are able to download it as well.

Well, ReadObject basically means download - how will you read it otherwise. I think what you need is ListObject instead of Read Object.

But AWS Transfer Family web apps only has "Read" and "Write" permissions. The read permissions gives users access to view AND download object. Is there a way to only view but not download through using S3 Access Grants?
