I could not figure this out 10 years ago! Make it stop! I have paid the "overdue" amount that I had no idea that was even accruing...just cancel everything!

  • Found out that closing the account wasn't enough...all instances must be terminated to not be charged. The first year is free and I'm afraid it was just all too confusing to me, I never used it. Today I learned I had a threat of a suspended account...after 108 months of not paying. I actually tried to pay but I couldn't even do that correctly and only paid for 1 month. I was beyond frustrated but finally got someone to chat with me and talk me through shutting it all down. They are looking into why it never suspended the account after 108 months of never having paid once.
