Elastic Beanstalk Health Status is OK but website has a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error

I am configuring settings to make websocket works as well as muck around the EB/Environments/Configurations/Process but I revert everything anyway. But the website became unaccessible. I checked the EC2 Load Balancers (Listeners) and Security Groups Inbound Rules, all seems ok and can't see anything new. I am just wondering what could be the reason for the 503 error message.

    Hard to tell with limited info. HTTP error code 503 is a server side error. If the health check is okay while the website is returning status code 503, it indicates that the health check is not looking for a 200 status code.
