You may or may not have an assigned account manager depending upon the specifics of your organisation. If you have an internal team that manage your AWS Organisation or the AWS billing, they will likely know the answer to that. Failing that, I would start by creating a support case and ask the question there.

To find your AWS Account Manager, you can check the contact information in your AWS account. Here's how:
- Click on your name/role in the upper right-hand corner of the AWS Management Console.
- Select the "Account" option from the dropdown menu.
- On the Account page, you should see contact information for your account, which may include details about your Account Manager.
If you're unable to identify your Account Manager through this method, you can also:
- Check for users in IAM with "Admin" in their role names (if you have access to IAM)
- Look through your email accounts for AWS-related communications, especially those related to account management
- Create an account or billing related support case through the AWS Management Console if you need further assistance
The Account Manager (AM) is the principal point of AWS contact for customers and discussions with them are free of charge. If you're still unable to identify your Account Manager, you may want to post a question on the AWS Account Management support forum or create a support case.
