Nameservers suddenly missing / not resolving

1

Domain is registered at AWS, and nameservers/dns records are there too. Everything has been working (for years) and suddenly stopped working a few days ago.

One thing is both domains in our account are having this issue. We haven't made any recent changes in the account.

NS records listed in the domain registration info, and in the hosted zone are the same.

I'm going through the troubleshooting steps from Google public dns, but can't figure it out yet. Any help much appreciated.

Update: This question game a clue https://repost.aws/questions/QUIFrDzqQ9QnCDMNBSk-625w/problem-with-lame-delegation-in-my-dns-records

The Nameserver records actually did not match in all 3 places. Updated the values on the domain registration details and it works now
