A policy can have many versions. A new version is created when the policy is updated. To delete a policy, only a single policy version can be present.
To delete the policy from the web console, we need to follow the steps below:
- Go to the policy
- Click on “Versions”
- Here, you will see all the versions of the policy
- Click on the “...” button next to each version. Please ensure that the policy is not marked as “Active” and click on “Delete”
- Once there is only one version remaining, click on “Actions” on the top of the page
- In the pop-up window, click on “Yes, continue with delete”
You policy is now deleted. Let us know if you face any further issues!
Thank you very much, the problem has been solved.
