Hi,
It is difficult to tell fully since the screenshot truncates the errors. This looks like it cannot verify your certificate because it can't determine the CA (certificate authority). I would check the console for ACM and potentially export your certificate information to update the OVPN Client/Config file.

I follow generate certificate this line part of windows https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpn/latest/clientvpn-admin/client-authentication.html#mutual
And import to ACM via AWS console
