We lost access to i-037efcb963119d88a and cant reboot it

We lost access to i-037efcb963119d88a and can't reboot if from the AWS reboot option. I can se a screenshot of it and time is updating and it is logged in. I attached another nic that I can ping but cant rdp to it. the original nic I can ping.

Did a stop and start and we have access again.
