Cannot see the credit 300$ in my account

Recently, I have submitted 300$ free credit of AWS, and then received that email: "Congratulations We applied a $300 AWS credit to your account to help you get started building with Amazon Web Services. Please check the billing console to confirm the expiration date and to ensure your credits have been applied to your account." from AWS.

However, when I checked the Credits in my Billing Console using root account, I have not seen any credit that applied to my account. So, what is the problem? How can I get this?

I will suggest you reach out to your AWS account support team to help you check why the credit did not apply to your account.

AWS Support Center: • Go to the AWS Support Center console: https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home • Sign in with your AWS account credentials. • Click on "Create case" to open a new support case. • Provide the required details about your issue, and select the appropriate case severity. • Submit the case, and an AWS Support associate will respond to you based on your support plan
