I will suggest you reach out to your AWS account support team to help you check why the credit did not apply to your account.
AWS Support Center: • Go to the AWS Support Center console: https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home • Sign in with your AWS account credentials. • Click on "Create case" to open a new support case. • Provide the required details about your issue, and select the appropriate case severity. • Submit the case, and an AWS Support associate will respond to you based on your support plan
