MS Server - Ongoing HIGH System Interrupt Issue

I just setup an EC2 MS Server 2022 with containers

Immediately, it starts with the HIGH "System Interrupts" known issue.

Has anyone found a fix for this that works? Please do NOT suggest the usual BS that can be found on the web like updating drivers, unplugging external hardware, disabling USB Roots, etc. It's NOT applicable.
