Grace Period for Late Payment

I have automated payments made on the first of each month. However, a payment could not be processed as I am waiting for additional funding for my tech startup so it can cover the bill (and future ones). I expect to have it within the first 10 days of this month. How long of a grace period do I have to make a payment before my account is terminated/suspended? And is there a number I can can call to commit to promise to pay?

Was able to resolve this matter by reaching out to a rep and discussing my case.

You will be charged with late for delayed payments on OS invoices. The alloted grace period / credit period defers based various factors.
