lost access to my account with an EC2 console

So how can I retrieve my account that I have lost access to? I only have my email associated with the account, I do not have account number or iAM user. Please help! Every help I tried I am kept in the loop, saying that I need to login to the account that I do not have access to. I will need to close the lost account.

"The provided number does not exist or does not belong to the account." error when trying to send messages via SNS or Pinpoint even though the required origination identity is acquired in the account.
