OpenSearch Serverless complete deletion

I was experimenting with OpenSearch serverless service and I can't completely delete the service now that I'm not using it. I deleted all the domains, collections, policies, etc and I'm still being charged for the service. Capacity management is still set to 2 instances but it can't be reduced to 0 or completely delete the service. I'm being charged for the service even though I'm not using it.

Any help on how to shut down this service would be helpful because it is eating my budget.

I'd also recommend opening a case with our Billing team so they can look into it with you, and assist to provide next steps.
