Hi Community,

I recently deployed the CUDOS Foundational Dashboards, by following this set of instructions https://catalog.workshops.aws/awscid/en-US/dashboards/foundational/cudos-cid-kpi/deploy.

I was wondering if my Dashboard's data is being updated as the weeks and months go by? In the screenshot attached, I see that the dashboards were updated 11 days ago. Will the dashboard regularly get updates from the CUR data? What exactly does "Updated 11 days ago" entail? I just know I deployed it 11 days ago. To my knowledge, the datasets are updated automatically and nothing needs to be done after the Foundational Dashboards are deployed.

Hello.

I think the update date displayed there is probably the dashboard update date, not the data update date.

Since CUDOS data visualizes data queried in Athena, I think the data displayed on the QuickSight dashboard will be automatically updated when new data is available when the dashboard is accessed.

> If QuickSight connects to the data store by using a direct query, the data automatically refreshes when you open an associated dataset, analysis, or dashboard. Filter controls are refreshed automatically every 24 hours.
