We offer Graviton1 (A1), Graviton2 (i.e. C/M/R6g) and Graviton3 (C7g, C7gn) based EC2 instances which are based on the Armv8.0-a, Armv8.2-a and Armv8.4-a architectures respectively.

The majority of AWS's ARM processors are what they call Graviton processors. Based on some AWS documentation for Building on Graviton, the processors are use the Neoverse-N1 core which is ARMv8.2-A.

I haven't found documentation stating if they have any ARMv9 offerings available now or will have it in the future.

For future reference the specs for Graviton processors including the Arm architecture implemented is documented here (along with a lot of developer focused content): https://github.com/aws/aws-graviton-getting-started#building-for-graviton2-graviton3-and-graviton3e
