Hi,

1- You can follow the link https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/create-and-activate-aws-account to show you how to choose the instance and the region. 2- How to determine region and country before creating Amazon connect Instances? The Answer is based mainly on the below 4 items. and below link as well explain the same. a- Compliance: your company might need the data to stay in a certain region and this can be one of the reasons helping you to choose which region to choose b- proximity: the close instance created to the end users or to the operations, the better and reduce any latency. exmaple if your customers calling from UK so its better to have London Region, but if your customers calling from Frankfurt, so its better to choose Frakfurt and so on .. c- Feature availability: some amazon connect features can be available on London and not available on Frankfurt, so it depends which features you need and so on. d- Pricing: reserving lines and and inbound calls charges does different from region to another. to view the prices, you can go through the following link https://aws.amazon.com/connect/pricing/?trk=621ffabb-3956-409c-a119-15520c59022f&sc_channel=ps&ef_id=CjwKCAjw586hBhBrEiwAQYEnHRBWTv9dDk0UUe3lZ1WoSWv980egq3QkhBUDJsvCmX_MJ3au4ovfmBoCwSIQAvD_BwE:G:s&s_kwcid=AL!4422!3!645208884388!e!!g!!amazon%20connect%20pricing!19580264104!146695148553
