Hello.
I have created a WordPress instance in Lightsail. Since then, my domain has gone offline.
What does it mean when a domain goes offline?
Does this mean that you cannot access the domain from your browser and view the website?
However, when I log in to AWS Lightsail it becomes online.
Please tell me more about this situation.
Does logging into Lightsail mean connecting to Lightsail via SSH or something?
Also, did you do anything when you connected to Lightsail?
SSL certificate again becomes online.
Based on this information alone, I suspect that there was a problem with the way the SSL certificate was configured or the web server was configured.

Hi AWS-Leslie, thanks for your comment. I have followed the guideline. The SSL is a problem however I recently found out that the website is OK in another country (Canada) but in here (Australia) it is very slow to come up or does not come up sometimes.
