SSH to EC2 instance with RSA pem on private ip

We have an ec2 instance that has not been enabled for public ip. It is connected to a VPC, with TGW peering.

SSH instance fails with Operation Timed out. error.

Hello.

Since it is a timeout error, please check whether the required IP address is allowed in the inbound rules of the security group set on the EC2 destination.
There is also a possibility that the network ACL set for the subnet is related.
Also, are the appropriate routing settings in the Transit Gateway route table and subnet route table?
