Cannot get hvm parameter CONSOLE_EVTCHN (18): -22!

After migrating the SLES15 SP2 to SLES15 SP3, when I rebooted the system that time we are receiving below error message and its not booting up:

Cannot get hvm parameter CONSOLE_EVTCHN (18): -22!

How to resolve this issue?
