Connect MS SQL using Static IP remotely

Hi I Am using Amazon Lightsail instance windows 2019 with MS SQL 2019 express edition. I have done every thing but not able to connect SQL server from remote computer using static IP. Please help us how to connect MS SQL Server using SQL management studio. Thanks

Hi, most often problems lies in security definition: either your corporate firewall or the security group attached to your RDS instance. Is the port to which you want to connect allowed all the way through?
