Monitron Gateway

After install, we have a specific Gateway that is saying "no internet connection". I have used the phone app to recomission the gateway, and according to the lights on gateway, it now shows its connected, however the dashboard is still showing "no internet access" need help please.

This sounds like it is not getting a proper DHCP address, has the incorrect GW/DNS or something similar. Check the configuration on one of the other gateways that are working to confirm the settings.
