CodeCatalyst: cannot invite another member

Question

I cannot invite  another people  to project.

When the developer who has received invitation and proceeded sign up, in the define alias section, he received a below message.
Of course he has already logged in exactly account and tried in expire limit

We weren't able to complete the invitation
You are signed in with the following account email: XXXXXXX@gmail.com. If this is the intended account email, the invitation has either expired or was sent to a different email address.

I want to add more members to aws grafana.  But it can't do it please give me a solution.
